    Holy cow oru kidilan book aanu
    inida patiyaanu book; kurachu harsh aano author towards inidans ennu thoni palappozhum but her take on indias different religions is really good and her her presentation is superb...

    must read ; but its not everyones cup of tea...

    never thought i would post a video in this thread. since the video happens to be of an upcoming novel... yep! trailor for a novel... here it is...



    Amish Tripathi of the Shiva trilogy takes on the Ramayana here.

    book trailors are common in international literature for close to a decade. supporters say, released in theatres and social media it brings the work to the attention of the readers (cinema-going readers mostly). those on the against claim, it dampens the imaginations of the reader. anyways, whether trailers have indeed increased sales is something not yet taken into survey.

    Amish claims his works bring in 30-40 crores sales which is the box-office collection of a medium-scale Bollywood movie. so spending money on trailers seems a viable marketing strategy for him.
