unsatisfied with Videocon.. very poor service.

HD set top box 'says rebooting, screen blan for 30 seconds" each time it switch of. It is too bad when power goes off 2-3 times in short span. started when the device is just 2 mnths old. They are not replacing it free of cost.
Again I paid 2 times in 2 months to fix some loose connection, "Invalid file format" error.

I am planning to shift to some other.......

1 mnth ayappozhe prashnam thudangi... adyam avanmaru kallam paranju, software update anu.. in few days OK avum ennu... masam 3 akunnu.... ippo sammathichu Box complaint, but I need to pay for a replacement (some 400-500 rupees) -- Airtel eduthalo ennu alochikkunnu..
