after the first season at psg, neymar was ready to come back to barca. yes, he left because he wanted to get out of messi's shadow. but after a year, he realised ligue 1 is not upto the ranks of the other european leagues. so a possibility of neymar reuniting with messi cannot be rules out. i agree what you said about wage bill. but it is psg. it is arab money.
