Juventus claim second win, as Roma also keep 100% record
Juventus joined Roma at the top of Serie A with two wins out of two this season after beating Udinese 2-0 at the Juventus Stadium.
Carlos Tevez and Claudio Marchisio supplied the goals for Massimiliano Allegri's side, who struggled more than necessary after failing to make their pressure count in the first half.
Roma made it two wins out of two in Serie A this season by beating Empoli 1-0 at the Stadio Castellini on Saturday evening.
An own goal from Luigi Sepe proved to be the only difference between the two sides with the Giallorossi celebrating a second straight clean sheet.
Empoli coach Maurizio Sarri was sent off as his frustrations got the better of him and his side remain rooted to the foot of the table with a second straight defeat.

Jeremy Menez scored twice as AC Milan beat Parma 5-4 in a nine-goal thriller on Sunday night, which ended with both sides reduced to 10 men.
Giacomo Bonaventura opened the scoring on his Milan debut before Antonio Cassano levelled with a goal against his old club.
Keisuke Honda and a Menez penalty put Milan back in the driving seat before the break but they were pegged back early in the second half as Felipe fired home from close range.
Daniele Bonera's sending off just before the hour gave Parma a way back into the match but it was Milan who struck next through Nigel de Jong.
Remarkably, there was further drama to come as Alessandro Lucarelli netted for the home side, Felipe was given his marching orders and Menez scored again to make it 5-3.
And to cap it all off, Mattia De Sciglio scored a farcical own goal from around 30 yards out as Diego Lopez failed to control the defender's backpass.
All of which leaves Roberto Donadoni's men still looking for their first point.

Mauro Icardi scored a hat-trick as Inter registered their first Serie A victory of the season in a 7-0 humiliation of Sassuolo on Sunday.
Both Inter and Sassuolo drew their opening fixtures, but the win never looked in doubt for the home side after Icardi netted his first in the fourth minute at San Siro.
Mateo Kovacic played a key role in setting up the opener and got his own name on the scoresheet in the 21st minute.
Icardi curled home a superb third after 30 minutes and Pablo Daniel Osvaldo's first league goal for Inter made it 4-0 at the interval.
The hat-trick was complete in the 53rd minute when Icardi smashed in a left-footed strike before Sassuolo's Domenico Berardi saw red for an elbow on Juan Jesus.
Osvaldo scored his second to make it six in the 72nd minute and Fredy Guarin completed the rout two minutes later.
