No, I think it is not the Hz I am talking about.
It is the refresh rate I think. Normally it will be 60 Hz for all LCD/LED TVs and 600 Hz for Plasma.
But better versions are available which have 120 Hz or 240 Hz. 240 Hz will be very costly.
In this aspect Plasma is the best as it will be having 600 Hz.
For those who want smart TV features, it will be better to buy a stand alone net player and connect it to your HDTV rather than buying a TV with built in Smart TV features if going for the latter makes a significant increase in your bill. Having a stand alone box (like google tv, apple tv, roku , wdtv live player, etc or even ps3 or xbox) will give you more features and flexibility
