Manchester City board member Alberto Galassi invited Pep Guardiola, Ferran Soriano, Txiki Begiristain and Khaldoon Al Mubarak to Italy after the Premier League success.
The group travelled to Modena from Bologna for a visit to Enzo Ferrari's house.
Pep confirms Yaya Toure will leave the club at the end of the season and the Brighton game will be focused on him with a farewell planned.
- Images of the City players have been projected onto buildings in each of their home cities around the world. Locations were selected due to a personal connection to each player - including childhood football clubs and former schools. Players were surprised with the light projections to celebrate their achievement of winning the Premier League.
