starting from back, ederson was good. its when freak circus shows happen in front of him that he loses focus. in defence, laporte was excellant. kompany was good towards the end. otamendi is prone to fouls and is not too good in tracking back balls. stones is still not confident though his clearance against liverpool on the line would be my pick for 'the moment city won the league'. as for full-backs, not at all impressed with walker. not sure whether his crossing is poor or our strikers are not tall enough to take in the crosses, either way, walker is a bit slow and his defensive abilities are poor. zinchenko is a makeshift fullback so cannot expect him to be a game-changer. one position where i really feel we lack against liverpool are our fullbacks. considering the perfo of trent and robertson, lot needs to be desired from walker, danilo, mendy and zinchenko. fernandinho is rock-solid. gundogan did the necessary especially towards the tail-end of the season. david silva seemed to have a bit fading season. missed de bruyne tremendously. bernardo is my pick for player of city this season. upfront, sane is good in cameo roles not in a full-length feature. gabriel jesus is yet to provide a good partnership to aguero. sterling had a splendid season. since pep has already said we will be stronger next season, expecting some good signings. would like to have a better set of full-backs, a more powerful central midfielder and a young goal-hungry striker.

Sane to Bayern munich is doing rounds.... Otamendi+30-40millions to athletico and rodri in return.... Gundo is not signing, he is holding looking for payrise or lucrative offer from elsewhere... Jesus is also a doubt according to bookies... kompany may extend...
