Bravo will make Man City debut against Manchester United

Claudio will make his Manchester City debut in next month’s derby. Pep Guardiola has confirmed that the Chilean will sit out Sunday’s clash with West Ham after completing a £15.3m move from Barcelona on Thursday. The City manager has opted to save the 33-year-old until the much-anticipated game against Jose Mourinho's Manchester United on September 10. Willy Caballero is expected to start against West Ham, ahead of Joe Hart.
Guardiola, who insists Bravo will be his last signing this summer, said: “He’s fit, but he’s not going to play this weekend. “He’s a goalkeeper with a lot of experience in Spain and in the national team. “He played in important games to create something special for Chile. “He’s good in the build-up plays and quick off his line. “He’s a good player for us.”
Bravo’s arrival has left Hart desperately trying to find a new club before the transfer window closes next week. City may have to pay some of the England No1's salary in order to secure a loan move - with Sunderland the latest club to be linked. Guardiola echoed sporting director Txiki Begiristain's comments that City are trying to help the 29-year-old find a new club. Txiki (Begiristain) said we spoke with Joe and spoke about that, we want the best for him,” he said. “The club will help him find the best option.
“I will treat him like anyone if he stays, I will be fair. Until now he’s our player and that’s all.”
