everyone is of the opinion that man city is splurging the market with money. just check out what happened with the jorginho transfer. city had a price in mind and were not able to go beyond that. in the end we could not buy the player because we did not want to pay high. we let go off maguire for the reason too. our most expensive player at present is midfielder rodri for 64m whereas liverpool bought a defender for 75m and a goalkeeper for 67m. expecting koulibaly price to go high. city will have to pull it down with player swap.
