They are adamant they won't take a penny for him and only let him go free. PSG have to pay part of sale amount to Monaco, seemingly to count that the amounts offered prior to £189m bid was not enough. But now don't understand £189m is not enough or they still bargaining for profit (over the tranfer fee paid in 2017). But if doesn't go this window then it will be free unless someone else sign him in January as Real is set to get pre-contract signed in January. Don't understand PSG's business strategy here. Its better the make some sale to balance the book. Or do they have some hold in CAS like City to settle future FFP case

This was the point , he might have been a misfit but it's true that Pep was interested after missing out on Kane Just after City signed Grealish for 100m£ , Messi leave Barca for free ...Pep will be like If Messi had stayed PSG might have signed CR7 ...crazy transfer window

disappointed by city's transfer market... for two seasons, city has been trying to sign a striker and still not able to... and here is another season hoping the midfielders will score 10 goals apiece... and yeah, i am no fan of haaland, so hope that does not happen next market...

Mbappe to stay at PSG despite Real willing to pay £189m Kylian Mbappe’s proposed move to Real Madrid this month is off after Paris Saint-Germain failed to respond to the Spanish side's final offer. Mbappe in his last year of his contract , what PSG is waiting for

most probably messi will be on bench for psg for the 2022-23... and concentrate fully on qatar world cup...
and psg will be hoping to tie mbappe with a new contract...
all depends on real madrid's performance this season, which frankly i don't see any fireworks happening...
