I don't enjoy Thalassery biriyani from thalassery restaurant.
White colour biriyani with no masala and almost friend hard chicken pieces.
I like the yellowish one with masala in the rice and soft cooked chicken.

yellow color kunkumam (saffron) add cheyyunna kondanu.

pinne kerala biriyaniyil basmati rice alla....keralathil undakunna oru tharam rice aanu use cheyyunnathu....i think it's grown in wayanad.

among kerala biriyanis, i have only tried the one from indian coffee house....it's pretty good.
