One player impressed me a lot is Buffon. He was playing like crap during the last two seasons..This year he is very solid and back to his former self.
Buffon never played crap ever in his career. That's why when he retires, he will usurp Zoff as the greatest GK ever. It was Juve's defense who made all the problems. Except Chiellini, none were good to play for Bianconeri. Buffon's organisational skills are what makes him the best. Every defender who has played with him acknowledged that it's easier for them if Buffon is instructing them. Probably the reason why you will never often see Buffon making superhuman reflex saves, the reason being he already sees the shot before the striker attempts it. Even after Calciopoli, he still used to save atleast 16-20 points a season single handedly for Juventus to keep them in top 7. Players like Sissoko, Poulsen, Amauri, Molinaro were all below average players.

Juve should NEVER let ADP go. Unlike Raul, Del Piero is a playmaker, the one who can change a game with a stroke of genius. For the last two decades, he has outclassed virtually everyone in the team. That includes Zinadene Zidane. He is an inspiration for all the young players and considering Juventus have one of the best youth teams on earth, it is very important that he stays next season. In CL, Juve will do NOTHING if Del Piero is not in the squad. He is still technically the most skillful player in the whole squad, better than even Vucinic. And it is not in the Juventus' tradition to disrespect their legends. Juve are known for their loyalty towards players and Juve players are also known for their loyalty towards club (except Zambrotta ). It is important to not lose their identity by letting ADP go.
