i had asked if any1 has any data abt their comapritive records at same age, to post t here...

but 49 ODIs is a real marathon.. to be so consistent is next to impossible.. there might be players who might be better than sachin in certain areas and like Lara who is more nice to watch and alll.. but to be so impeccably consistent for near to 25 years is out of this world....

I think he deserved the Laureus Sports award 2 years ago... but dont know why they didnt consider him...

Lara had that lazy, elegant flourish... even while playing the most brutal of pulls or cuts. I used to like Inzamam as well... he could have been the true successor to Richards, if not for his sloth-like manner and lazy legs. classic underachiever.
