‘Doctor Innocentaanu’ is all ready for laughter treatment!



Director Ajmal, who had earlier made the film ‘Ringtone’ with Suresh Gopi, Bala and Megha Nair in the lead roles, is all ready to tickle our funny bones this time with his new film ‘Doctor Innocentaanu’ with actor Innocent in the lead role. The film that is expected to be a comic caper would grace the screens on April 27.

While Innocent plays the role of a doctor, long after he had done the role in ‘Dr. Pasupathy’, Sona Nair would play the role of his exasperated wife. There are also comedians as Kottayam Naseer, Bijukkuttan, Harisree Ashokan, Sasi Kalinga and Jaffer Idukki in supporting roles.

What’s special about this film is that Innocent and Sona Nair have lent their voices for a song in it! Veteran actor Jagathy Sreekumar would also be seen in the film in a special role. ‘Dr. Innocentaanu’ has been produced by Saseendra Verma under the banner of Verma Film Corporation. The film is a Red Rose release!
