‘My Fan Ramu’, the Malayalam film to be directed by Nikhil K Menon, would have Rajeev Pillai and Saiju Kurup doing the lead roles. While Rajeev would play the role of a superstar, Saiju would play his devoted fan. The story and the screenplay of the film have been penned jointly by Saiju Kurup and Nikhil K Menon. There would also be Riyaz Khan, Bijukkuttan, Suraj Venjarammoodu, Sphadikam George, Kalabhavan Prajod and Guinness Pakru in supporting roles. Cinematography is by Pappu, while Bhavan will be in charge of the editing department. Sanjeev Thomas will compose the musical score.
‘My Fan Ramu’ would be produced by Sasi Ayyanchira under the banner of Uthrattathi Films Private Limited. Sabu Pravadas has created the media designs.

Saiju Kurup turns script writer for 'My Fan Ramu'
A lot had been written about 'My Fan Ramu', the movie which will bring together the Malayali youngsters of the celebrity cricket team. The movie project which is planned as the first directorial venture of singer–actor Nikhil also has some more surprises. Actor Saiju Kurup, who had been around with some good roles will be making his debut as a script writer through this film.
Rajeev Pillai, who played the star batsman for the Kerala team, helping it to win a couple of times, will be playing the role of the hero in this movie.
Produced by Sasi Ayyanchira, the shooting for the movie has already started at Hotel Raviz in Kollam.
