Below is the data to determine the percentage of tracked vs untracked collections for various successful movies in various categories . Average movie (Mamangam), Superhit movie (Driving Licence), Blockbuster movie (Anjaam Paathira) and All time Blockbuster Movie (Lucifer). The sources for the data are FK and FM. It can be noted that for DL, AP and Luci, the tracked collection are in the range of 36-40% and untracked collections are in the range of 60-64% of the total collections. But when it comes to Mamangam & Shylock, the untracked collection % increases to 75-82% of the total collections. Does northern belt have such huge impact on the untracked collections?
Below is the Data from FK regrading the theatre capacity in various districts. It can been seen that Northern region constitutes only 26.39% of the overall occupancy capacity.

Now coming to the collections of movies mentioned. I am unsure of the collections of Mamangam, so have taken the collections as 30 Cr. Please feel free to correct it, Also, Shylock. So when Northern belt has only around 27% of the overall occupancy capacity, how can it increase the untracked collection by 25% to 28%. If that is the case the collections of other movies should be negligible from the northern belt.
Please clarify.
