Conditions for a movie to be hit!!!

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR A MALAYALAM MOVIE TO BE HIT ?

As of now the main factor which decides the fate of a movie is its budget.

Satellite rights cannot be considered as a source of pushing a movie into a hit criteria.

On a rough calculation consider that the budget of movie is 10 crores.
The movie is produced by galaxy films (just an example)
Total collection from theatre is 10 crore ( all over india) itself for 30 days.
Roughly the share would be 5 crore ( Just a rough calculation)

So the producer got back just 5 crore , the how can you call the movie hit???

Ok now we will take the satellite rights into action..if he got satellite of 5 cr even then he will suffer loss for 30 days for which he got no return for his 10 crores.

Based on this criteria how can u call kammath and kammath and grand master a hit??
