Ladies and gentlemen......my view

Saw the movie at CLT RADHA .... 9 pm show....House full ...i think....

Very honestly speaking .... After watching the movie one thing that comes to mind is Roshan Andrews.. how he gave us a cassanova after doing a good job with his first 3 flicks ....Yes Siddique has managed to pull one after such great works.... This would be easily the weakest movie of siddique .... Coming to the movie ... The movie gives a deja vu feeling of cassanova , ICV , Hello ... very out dated script and on top of it uninteresting characters ....1st half ... comedy was fine ... but the story was very very weak to be interesting ...the twist during interval ..reminded me of that scene in kamath where in dileep's heroine was revealed to be mute ...so lame and predictable it was....i bet more than half the theater expected it seeing the reaction to that ... 2nd half ... like sagar alias jackey / christian brothers / cassanova ... love story and ppl start snoring ...climax is just another joke ...The problem with L&G is basically its plot... there r scenes which make u wonder if it was really Siddique handling this....

Mohanlal ... he did a fair job in his role ... I doubt apart from his die hard fans ne1 else wud find him convincing when he is put up against young good looking actresses anymore ...U can be very talented but ultimately physique also counts when ur supposed to do some romance ...
Mamta mohandas ... among the actresses she was the only one who did a fine job ... she looked very beautiful ...
Kalabhavan Shajon ... He was decent ... a really entertaining actor ...

Mithra .... no good role
Manoj K Jayan was brought in what u can call a guest role for no good reason ...
Ganesh Kumar ... there was a mixed reaction for his intro ...
Krish was avg ... Wudnt leave any impact on the viewer ..
Rest of the characters are ignorable ...
oh wait forgot some1 ....Meera Jasmine ...such a miscast ... not a good performance at all...

On the whole a very below avg fare ... not something u like to watch from either lalettan or siddique ..Go for it if u liked ICV or Cassanova ...Otherwise i wud advice u to not waste time and money on this ...
This might be the first time i have seen ppl booing for a mohanlal movie on first day ...
