It's with great expectation I went for the movie, but never has been disappointed like this. The movie has a wafer thin story which is ludicrous at best. Mohan Lal's character felt like an amalgamation of his old roles where he essayed drunkards. In fact none of the characters have any depth or credibility. Even Shajon, who is a welcome relief, reminded Jagathy's role in 'Hello'.
The movie keeps a moderate pace through the first half even though situations are quite incredible. The ease at which companies are formed and people's fortune changed was so hilarious :). Meera Jasmine's role was so bad, her performance so atrocious and her makeup made me feel like someone gave her a tin of paint.

The second dragged and was way below average and the situational comic scenes failed to bring any laughter in the theatre. The climax was so predictable and ruined what ever chance the film had to become an average one.

Positives
Mohan Lal. There is nothing challenging in this for a great actor like Lal and it was a cake walk for him (though a bit over the top at times)
Shajon- He did full justice to the role.
Mamta- Looked very stylish and did a good job
Krish - He is mediocre but can definitely improve.
