Is any body with common sense here ..what is community spread ,,,covid 19 is a pandemic spread by asympamatic and presympamatic ..so even at best best effort community spread will happen ...it is natural...but even in Maharashtra which have high level of community spread doesn’t want to admit that...then why should Kerala with low community spread admit it ..at any given definition any given country when one person get infection from unknown source ..it is community spread ...but here new definition...
