Theoretically yes ..not practically ...most of results are pending ...upto 6 days wait to get result..also good number of tests are 48 hr repeat test s and covid testing for those waiting for surgery ..so real test for peole with symptoms are less ..even yesterday I heard shailaja teacher telling kerla is a model for world ..I don't know what she mean ..I think she have no idea no idea about what is happening outside worst affected areas ..if so kerala should be doing least 1 lack tests per day so that spread can be limited ...if not quaratine and contact tracing won't be effective ..it is pandemic spread by asymptomatic super spreaders..

രോഗം സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ച് ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്ന 112 പേരുടെ പരിശോധനാഫലം നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയി. ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 24 പേരുടെയും, തൃശൂര്* ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 19 പേരുടെയും, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 18 പേരുടെയും, കണ്ണൂര്* ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 14 പേരുടെയും, കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 9 പേരുടെയും, പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 8 പേരുടെയും, തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 5 പേരുടെയും, ഇടുക്കി, എറണാകുളം, വയനാട് ജില്ലകളില്* നിന്നുള്ള 4 പേരുടെ വീതവും, കാസര്*ഗോഡ് ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 3 പേരുടെയും പരിശോധനഫലമാണ് ഇന്ന് നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയത്. ഇതോടെ 3099 പേരാണ് രോഗം സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ച് ഇനി ചികിത്സയിലുള്ളത്. 3822 പേര്* ഇതുവരെ കോവിഡില്* നിന്നും മുക്തി നേടി.
സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വിവിധ ജില്ലകളിലായി 1,84,112 പേരാണ് ഇപ്പോള്* നിരീക്ഷണത്തിലുള്ളത്. നിരീക്ഷണത്തിലുള്ളവരില്* 1,80,595 പേര്* വീട്/ഇന്*സ്റ്റിറ്റിയൂഷണല്* ക്വാറന്റൈനിലും 3517 പേര്* ആശുപത്രികളിലും നിരീക്ഷണത്തിലാണ്. 472 പേരെയാണ് ഇന്ന് ആശുപത്രിയില്* പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചത്.

and it took 5 months in Kerala to increase the spread compared to any other places like USA, UAE, Italy, Uk. Etc..
they just took 2 months for super spread and increase the death.
we have successfully hold it for 5.5 months and learned ways of treating it from other countries and our experience.
Most of the world know by now different methods of treatment and pros and cons .
thats why death rate controlled from initial surge
Big thing we have achieved here is that we hold in initial phase and total death is only 28 numbers now.
Again we all know covid gonna increase at some point of time Due to lift of travel restrictions and structure of country like India.
To control that some extend we asked to obtain pass for interstate travel and tests for people from overseas.
But this advise has been opposed strongly by opposition and attacked govt for that decision. Now see what happened
