Here in Canada even testing is slowing down no body know .no clear projection possible ...when peak is coming as testing is inadequate in some areas...but started making ventilators ..upto 40000 ventilators will be made Canada ..excess quantity in future may given countries which are still no where near peak.

Is there any hope in the existing vaccines like bcg, antimalarial etc .. atleast to control the symptoms and fatality can be reduced?
I know they control at some level and thats why the scientists are trying but still...seems bleak.

Bcg don’t have much action...even young Indians are dying..just a theory....tons of clinical trails going on with existing and new drugs ..data will be available 2-3 months at least..initial data shows not much action for antimalarial hydroxy chloroquine...new investigational anti viral drug remedisivir is giving some hope..but as brand new drug it takes time...cloning of antibodies from recovered patients are in trials ..but take months to get some data..
This Monday 3rd vaccine sp(second from USA ) started phase 1 clinical trails ...now 3 vaccine on phase 1 ...2 USA companies Moderna and now invivo..also 1 chinese vaccine ...out of this 2 trails already showing some kind of positive data from animal trails ...best hope 1year...but if situation get worse and vaccine trials shows some good initial data ..can axpect at least health care workers getting vaccine by end of year ...another 45 some thing companies are also in the process of making vaccine ..but only above mentioned groups have lead molecule ready and started human trails...I have some hopes ..for Moderna vaccine and Chinese one expecting some intial feed back at the end April..
