my opinion:
need to test more people..
all the healthcare workers, Police, community kitchen workers and all the staffs in shops those were opened during the lock down needs to be tested first
Germanyil okke cheyyunna pole pooled test alochikkaavunnathu aanu...or rapid test..heard Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology introduced some cheap alternative for rapid test (Rs.350 per kit)...ithokke vegam start cheyyanam..let the people who can afford spend atleast Rs.500 each for rapid test. Only poor people who were jobless and cant afford should be given free test..negative test vanna patientsine mathrame outside pokaan permit cheyyaavoo.....Finally all the state governments should be prepared..around 40-100 vacant ICU beds should be ready in each district..
Without any preparation lock down neekunnathinodu abhiprayam illaa...
