Lal Jose - I would rank him at par with Aashique in terms of BO. Conservative aaya films director nte peril odunnath LJ de maathramaavum.
Aashique Abu - Non-star films ne vechu nalla opening and opinion undaakkaan pulliye kazhinje ullu aarum. Ace marketing tactics.
Vineeth - Another ace when it comes to marketing. Thira kkum nalla opening sure aanu.
Vinayan - Controversy creates cash. Though he has declined a lot in terms of film making, pulliyude films nu ippozhum audience ne kittunnu thanks to the noise that he makes. He was able to do even better when he was made decent films.

Amal Neerad ithu vare big stars illaatha films eduthittundo? Big B, SAJ, Anwar, and even BP (Prithvi cameo) had big stars. Athu maathramalla none of these can be termed as big hits. Anwar Rasheed nu UH undengilum Dulquer is not a typical new guy. Mam fans nte 100% support undaavum. I don't really count their short films though.
