Default Thira review - An inspiring tale/ thriller

    Screen : Q cinemas
    Status : 40%
"Start, Action, Camera..there we go "..thats how Thira begins...doesnt take any minute into detailing or whatever..! All it happens with the well written screenplay and charecters..! Impressive plot dealing about many complex issues like women trafficking, illegal corporate world , loopholed system etc..! One needs clear focus on these things and thats wer the writer succeeds. But the most chellengin thing is to explain all these things in a very short duration..kudos to our hero vineet for dat..!!its his narration which brings the freshness for d subject apart frm d screenplay..good to see him dealing wid different subjects every time and getting better film by fipm.. a big thumbs up for his technical team too..! Excellent songs n bgms from shaan rahman.. And Jomons DOP is natural to d best..yet striking..!! editing also needs a special mention for the racy cuts..ther r many parallel scenes tied up wid fine editing..perf wise its Shobhana who steals the show as expected..she was perfect to d charecter n carried many scenes on her shoulder..same shud be said about dhyan who cant ask for a better debut dan dis..! Very much matured and confident perfomance ..rest are good..! On d flip side it takes many cinematic liberties like heroic fights and all in a natural setting like dis..so as to cater all audience..!! With less than 2 hrs it leaves for no lags too don expect an epic cinema n all..but its impressive for what it has got to say..!

    3.5/5

There has been many movies beginned of wid ideas of sequels and 'ologies' but called of cos of poor outcomes..but here we can just conclude by saying.. "Vineet- Go Boy Go...!!!

Mammootty can be likened to the purest breed of Red Oak trees- he shall still stand upright, rooted in deep and exposing his ornamental bark in all its glory and charisma.
