Default Leave cake walk,Praise the lord is actually a rope walk for Mammootty.

Watched Praise the lord with Family.

    Hyderabad Prasadz.

Based on my wifes's opinion its average.

My thoughts for a small review(

The novel is a satire on to the world view that is split
between a villager's humorous and pragmatic sense of life,
a believer's intense, yet contradicting fervour and an urban
mindset's infactuating romantic journey.Writer's use of
corresponding caricatural shades brings something best for novella.
Not the tale, but its unexpressed tacit estimation of a world compounded
with ideas of exotic permutations, makes it interesting.

Coming to the movie,it bring forth the caricatures quite well,it narrates
the tale straight and simple as told by writer,Then(unfortunatly) ventures
to explain 'why's and 'what's originally left somewhat unclear. Here
starts the downward spiral.Cocktail delicacy of that world looses
    much of the vigour!

Mammootty and reena looks good as pairs.Together they can
bring some family 'wow' factor, despite the major challenge that many of
their scenes resemble, knowingly or unknowingly to Drishyam first half.

Leave cake walk,Praise the lord is actually a rope walk for
Mammootty. The rope seems broken, with a scrambled script and zero
rescue plan offered from the director's corner. So,its only the
charm of the rope walker that make you endure the show!!!
