synopsis:
sachi (jayaram) is an agricultural officer who leds a happy family life with his wife shyama(meera jasmine) and their daughter.
As their life is going well with fun and joy, sachi's childhood friend jose(manoj k jayan) returns to kerala after living abroad for 8 years.
Jose wants to enjoy with his childhood friend sachi to recap their childhood memories.suddenly something happened wrong which made their life miserable.
How they get rid of all these problems? Thats what onnum mindaathe reveals out.

About the movie: as its advertisement says, this is a pure family drama with the best family hero in mollywood. We can see the old typical jayaram in this movie.this is a movie with a perfect blend of comedy,sentimence and emotions.this is movie without any twists or suspences. Its just old wine in new bottle.

About the cast: jayaram as sachi and manoj k jayan as jose excelled in their respective roles. After a long gap jayaram is back with a powerful family oriented theme. Meera jasmine made a great come back after a long gap. Child artist baby anakha,lalu alex were good with their screen presences.

About technical sides: songs are good,music director anil johnson deserves claps for his feel good tunes.
But the best part is the visualization of songs. Hats off to sugeeth for giving a nice visual treat. Script is the backbone.script looks good eventhough the theme is pretty old. Background music is also good.



Verdict: this is not a must watch movie.but those who love typical jayaram movies should watch this.though this is a family oriented movie, and also the vacation period this may become super hit in box office. Onnum mindaathe is a feel good movie which entertains you in some ways.
