Wanted to see the movie yesterday itself but could not since all multiplexes were sold out for night shows. Yesterday itself booked for this show in Q Cinemas still had to sit in 4th row from the front and see the movie. It was a good young crowd. I did not see the usual dominance of families though. It was primarily youth and youth families.

Now to the movie. Movie starts of with the introduction of key characters of the movie, their friendship of childhood days and Nazriya's character's marriage. The marriage song is choreographed well and Dulqs and Nivin rocked in the song. First half goes in an usual manner with nothing much to boast off. There are some nice moments which make you feel the friendship between the lead characters and is also filled with some light humour which is sure to go well with youth audience but doubt how with mature audience. Nivin has the most to play in this half with those humour moments. Interval comes with a surprise, should not call it a twist or something but it is a surprise.

Second half the movie turns more serious with the story of Fahad's character and the love track to Dulq's character. Fahad's story strikes an emotional cord even though very predictable. Can see some fine performance from Fahad too. Dulq's love track is the most worked out love track. Writer, Director and performers have been quite successfull in getting those emotions passed onto the viewers. Then the climax race is an awesome watch. Taken excellently.

Summary - A celebration of youth thanne padam. Even though the film is long you never feel bored for a moment. It is quite engaging and entertaining.

Positives
Dulqu, Nivin, Fahad and Nazriya - Excellent performance from all.
Dulq's Love Track - Has worked very well.
Emtional quotients on Fahad's story and Dulqu's Love Track

Negatives
Can reduce length little bit.

Everybody seemed to be enjoying the movie. Pinne youth-inu idhoru uthsavam thanne. Especially Dulqu's character, racing etc...

Vaalkashanam - Dulquer is knowingly or unknowingly getting type casted into freaky guy roles I think.
