It was a watchable movie. Pretty obvious from the start the filmakers had one thing in mind, make an entertainer and rake in the money. So in that terms it was a half decent effort.

DQ: In a movie without a very strong script, amazing visuals or very good songs, a lot of the weight was on his shoulders and he carried it admirably. He was at ease playing the lighter vein and showing the serious face often as well. Definitely growing as an actor with each movie and a good one at that. Even though the scene where he had to cry on the terrace, wasn't the most convincing.

The movie was a very good sample to see how DQ performs in a commercial movie package and the signs are ominous. With the right director and script there is definitely a blockbuster in the waiting. Albeit I sincerely hope he does not land in the hands of Shaji Kailas, Joshy, B.unnikrishnan, Major Ravi etc.....no offence meant to these stalwarts but I personally feel that the boat has sailed some time ago!! Again this is strictly my opinion.

UM: A decent role which he pulled of without major issues. There are hints of overacting here and there. But all in all he pulled it off.

Namitha: Decent actress performed her role well.

Special Mention: Anoop Menon and Lena, they both stole every scene they were in. The big holes in the script at various times were patched up by their highly convincing performances. Hats off!!

Had it been any other director I would have given it a 3, but I hold Lal Jose to a higher standard.
