But as film Apothecary didn't work for me ...
yes it does engage you reasonably and one could connect with the proceedings and also feel for certain characters . The thing is the point that the film have tried to convey is far too over stretched . may be oru short filmil theerkavunna subject valichu neeti parathi anu paranjhekunne .....it goes on and on and on without any story development . valare adhikam detailing cheythu viewerine spoon feeding cheyunna pole ...when you look back ..rogikale guinea pigs akunnu enna oru kaariyam establish cheyan maatram anu full film eduthekunne .

Then the film is depressing from the word go ...hospital , rogikal, maranam...anghane kore oke veerpu muttikunna sambavam anu motham ... so if you are investing 2 hr and 30 mins or so in theater, better be prepared .

Enthinu anu oru horror film vibe koduthekunne ennu manasilayilla ....unexpected cut and bgm vetchu oru shock value undakan sremichathu padathinte serious tone eduthu kalayane saadichollu i thought .

As for positives ....valare haunting aya oru bgm undu ...superb ..
after a long time suresh gopi is within the character sketch and have given a good performance . Jayasurya is fine ...atrem physical effort eduthathu kondu muzhuvan gunam kittiyo ennu doubt annu ...asif ali try tooo hard ...adhikam bore akilla ...Indrans was top class in a brief role ...pinne SG de father role cheytha nadan , babu antonyude brother ellam nalla acting ayirunu

Overall it's a very bold attempt but could have way better put on screen .
