Valiya pratheekshayode Arappetta kandu.. but was a bit disappointed.. Mammookka yude character athra mikachatho cinema athra mathram nannayo thonniyilla..

Same pratheekshayode Kanda Thoovanathumbikal um Namukk Parkkanum nallonam ishttayirunnu.. Namukk parkkanil Thilakan super aayirunnu.. Thoovanathumbikalil Lalettan kasariyenkilum (one of my favs of Lal) enikk athil kidu acting aayi thonniyath aa clean shave changayiye aanu.. Ashokane pedippikkunna.. polappan scene aayirunnu.. car lum paalathinte melelum.. Prob the best film of Padmarajan as a director too..

അക്ഷരങ്ങൾ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല.. യൂടൂബിലില്ല.. അനുബന്ധവും കൊച്ചുതെമ്മാടിയും വളരെയധികം ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട സിനിമയാണ്, കൊച്ചു തെമ്മാടിയിൽ ആ പയ്യൻ സൂപ്പർ ആണ്! കാതോട് കാതോരം ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടില്ല..
മറ്റൊരാളും കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല.. മമ്മൂട്ടിയുടെ പഴയ സിനിമകളിൽ ചങ്ങായി ലീഡ് റോളല്ലാത്ത സിനിമകൾ പൊതുവെ കാണാറില്ല... ഏതായാലും ഇത് കണ്ടേക്കാം!

വേറെയൊരു സിനിമയുണ്ട് അധികമാരും കാണാൻ സാധ്യതയില്ലാത്തത്.. നൊമ്പരത്തിപ്പൂവ്, മാധവിയാണ് മെയിൻ.. മമ്മൂട്ടി ഒരു cameo ആയിട്ടാണ്.. ഇതും നല്ല സിനിമയാണ്.

Anubandham ishttappettu ennarinjhathil santhosham. It's one of my all time favorite. Ini njhan itta listil kanatha padanghal kaanoo.
Koodevide kandittille? Aksharanghal kandittille? Watching these movies are minimum requirement to become a genuine fan of Mammootty the actor.
Kochuthemmadi kaananam. Ottakkayyanaya Shekharan Master. Another M.T. character. Anubandhathile Muraleedharan masterekkalum gente aayittulla master. Kochuthemmadi was directed by A.Vincent, one of the greatest film makers of all time.
Bharathante Kathodu Kathoram kandittille? Illenkil kananam. Bharathante thanne Pranamam kandittundo? Suhasini centric padam. Pakshe Mammootty was impressive in a role which was not the protagonist.
Mattoral enna K.G.George nte padathile supporting role nannayirunnu. Karamana yanu central character cheythathu.
I.V.Sasi-Lohithadas chernnorukkiya Mukthi kandittille? I.V.Sasi-M.T yude Midhya kandittundakumallo?

Master, Kochu Themmadi ippol kandu.. TBH atgrakkangadu ishttayilla (not upto great expectation)..

Kochu Themmadi - 7/10
Anubandham - 9.5/10

Mammookka's performance:
KT - 8/10
Anu - 9.5/10

Mammookka character Anubandhathile athra gentle allallo ithil.. Unlike Anubandham, performance from the cast weren't great. KT also had important roles for child artistes, but they were not great compared to the two boys in Anubandham. MT script, Vincent Direction, BGM were all a level below in KT I felt.

Aa initial shots thanne example aanu.. Padmarajan nte band vaayikkunna title card very lengthy and a bit boring aayi thonni.. IV Shashi aayirunnel Ottum bore adikkathe ath cheythene.. He's a maestro Ath pole enikk Mammookka yude acting um fully satisfied aayirunnilla.. Anubandhathil Lal nte paranja pole kurach raw aaya polulla performance.. Mammookka enna actor paakappettath pinnem 1 varsham kazhinjayirikkanam.. 1-2 yrs kazhinjittanel Mammookka kurach koodi sambhavamaakkiyene.. Chilappol equally a bit raw aaya director ude prashnavumavam.. Artists nte aduth ninn best performance nediyedukkal oru director use skill aanallo..

That is one film I would like Mammootty to remake now.. Not Arappetta kettiya gramathil as he said himself..

Next in the watch list is Kathodu kaathoram.. By the maestro Bharathan.. Genius! Bahumukha prathibha thanne alle.. Direct cheyyuka.. screen play varakkuka.. lyrics ezhuthuka.. music compose cheyyuka.. A real gift of God to Malayalam cinema..
