Dileesh Nair's directorial debut Tamaar Padaar is an epic disappointment which can test ones patience to the core.A movie without a credible storyline coupled with disastrous direction,Tamaar Padaar was a relentless torture for 2 hours,the worst exprerience for me in 2014.

I Still cant believe Prithviraj agreed to act in this woeful movie which has nothing to offer for even the diehard fans of the talented actor.The brilliance that he showed in selecting good movies in the recent past added to my disbelief.Being a fan of the gifted actor that he is,I would certainly count this extended cameo among his worst selections ever.The story cant even classify as subject for a decent short & I wonder what was going through the minds of Dileesh while selecting such a story [written by himself & Shyam Pushkaran] for his debut as a director.Adv.Jayashankar's narration was simply irritating & added to the boredom.

Coming to the performances,Baburaj & Chemban Vinod failed to repeat there recent successes eventhough their roles were meaty.Prithviraj was totally wasted in a poorly written role.Srinda did her part well inspite of minimal screen presence.Cinematography by Alby was ok,where as the editng was pathetic.

Overall,Tamaar Padaar is the biggest letback of 2014 for me & an avoidable affair which can test your endurance to the crux.

Verdict::Tamaar Padaar will easily find a place in the list of most irritating films I watched in recent times.About 140 minutes of pointless screenplay & disastrous narration,the movie cant even satisfy the diehard fans of Prithviraj.Highs & lows are bound to happen & I'm pretty sure that Prithvi can comeback strong & produce brilliant films as in the past.For time being,avoid this torment at any cost!
