Went with little disappointment after hearing average to above average reports in the morning. But still had confidence in Shankar - Vikram combo. And that confidence proved right once more. What a movie maan. It was worth the wait for this movie.

The story has everything - Aspirations of a body builder, Romance, Revenge, Action, Songs all trade marks of Indian Cinema. And all blend well with terrific performance from Vikram. First half mostly focuses on the aspirations of the body builder and the admiration he has on a famous model. It is well paced with aspirations, admiration, crush, romance and revenge. WHen you have enough dose of hero's aspiration to become Mr. India, comes an episode of revenge and when you have enough dose of revenge, comes a dose of romance. Well written an well made first half. Even though long you never feel the same. Visuals of their shoot in China is awesome.

Not going too much into the story. 2nd half the focus shifts more towards the revenge. Those revenges in 2nd half are breath taking episodes man. Just awesome. There are some serious episodes of romance too which will bring down one or two drops from your eyes. Definitely touching. Visuals of revenge episodes and also the romantic episodes are again awesome.

Summary - An outstanding movie experience of our times. A movie which can be showcased to any movie industry in the world and we can proudly say this is a movie made in our country.

Positives

• Shankar - The Shankar touch is there throughout the movie.
• Vikram - What to say. He is THE ACTOR. An actor with true dedication to what he does. The way he transforms himself into different get ups, the way he modulates his sound and dialogues in different get ups are a treat to watch. And the Model Get up, Oh! Man !!! Super Cool.... He is truly the greatest actor in that generation of tamil actors.
• Amy - Does what she is supposed to do. Nothing great, nothing bad.
• Suresh Gopi - Kidukkan Role and he did it neatly. Idackonnu over aayenkilum, overall he did well.

Did not feel anything
