Oru Vadakkan Selfie --- My First Review in FK

After long years back saw one movie in Kerala Theaters (If I am not wrong "Hallo" was my last movie in Kerala Theater)

Movie: Oru Vadakkan Selfie
Date: 08/04/2015 - Harthal Day 1st Show
Theater - Irinjalakuda Sindhu
Theater Status - Balcony almost full (3-5 seats vacant) Balcony 267 Seats.


Went through lots of positive reviews about this movie in this thread; watched the movie with family members aged 4-55 (10 Members).
The beginning of the movie is quite impressive with with some good scenes from the hostel, especially the review of the film @ interval session by Nivin 2.69..... It make me to remember our FK Chunkz reviews.

After that its almost the same content and nothing new till Vineeth Sreenivasan's entry. After that half an hour feels good with some good numbers.

Come back to the climax its a utter crap. In one word its a mix of campus+ travelogue + investigation stories.

Songs are not up to the mark; but the kids enjoyed the songs very well.

Positives of this movie

1. Nivin Pauly
2. DOP - hatss off to Jomon
3. Direction (As a new comer an ok flick)

For me its just an Average Flick.

After this movie "Ennum Eppozum" kannamennu vicharichatayirunnu... Pakshe Good Reports vanna ithinte avastha itaanengil Negative reports vanna EE yude avastha..............

Now Waiting for Baskar the Rascal..... Entavumoo enthooo???????????????
