Premam..My Opinion

I liked Neram.The movie was short and to the point.So when the same team announced a new movie I was interested.So what does Premam has to say???

Firstly Premam is not much like Neram.The narrative covers 15 years.The movie covers the life of a person from 16 to 30.It deals with his love life primarily.3 key periods in his life are shown.That's basically what the movie is about.

The key lies in presentation.The movie is presented well.In the early portions dealing with Nivin's teenage years there is a playfulness in the way the story unfolds.The length of the film is hidden(almost) expertly by the making.

Nivin has really improved a lot as an actor and as an entertainer.He handles the 3 stages of the character with ease.The heroines all did their part well.Sai Pallavi who played Malar looks the most promising.The supporting players all did their parts well.Nivin's friends,Vinay Fort and Renji Panicker(Kidilan guest role) shined brighter than others.

There is not much wrong with Neram.It's a pretty good film which can be enjoyed.If you want to you can find faults here.But the truth is I did not want to look for any faults.There are couple of things I would like to point out.The last song felt really out of place.It felt as though a song was added for the sake of a song.Then there is some lagging in the second half which can be forgiven...

Overall Premam is time and money well spent.A movie which is sure to click with the general movie going public.So go watch it and enjoy with your family..............
