Premam is the year's best in my opinion.Superbly taken without any dull moments.The movie has a simple storyline,but the presentation by Alphonse Puthren was captivating and engaging to the core.The 3 periods of the central character George was taken with atmost care and the final output is excellent.Nivin Pauly has done a superb perfomance as George david-a sweet 17 year old guy,A mass & ferrocious college going student,a responsible hotel owner,all the three characters have come out so well,overall paulichaayan was hardcore mass,college thallu scene and meeshapiri-ente ponno marana masssssssss .The three lady leads were good n their roles,ut the showstealer was Malar.Other cast have also done a superb job.

Both first half & second half were equally good.The only dragging portions were the scenesfollowing the outburst scene of nivin after the tragedy in the second half.Technically,dop,editing,art work ....... ,everything is top-notch.Direction,story,screenplay and dialogues were too realistic and engaging.Music and bgm was effective.

Overall,Premam is gem of a cinema,must watch !

Ivide is a movie of international standards,but fails as a crime drama.The basic premise of the film was pretty good,but the execution and the overall treatment was not much effective.The slow narration provided lot of dull moments.Prithviraj as Varun blake was the showstealer and the saving grace of the movie,Rajuvettan has showcased a restrained yet brilliant perfomance,every single expression and mannerisms was a treat to watch onscreen,as an admirer and ardent fan of prithvi,iam happy for his perfomance .Nivin as krish was also good.Bhavana has done a neat job.Other perfomances were also good.

First half was dull and the absence of thrills and engaging narration were a big negative,yet the build-up towards the murder plot was good.The interval block was nice.Second half starting went in the same way,but the last 30 minutes was engaging.Tecnically,dop was good,editing could have been better.Direction was averge at best evnthogh the basic plot was good.Music and bgm was nice.

Overall,Ivide is a one-time watchable stuff !
