No you can't.
Best option is to buy a hybrid android TV with HDMI in. You can watch TV either with your dish or with android TV.Install JIO TV patched app for Indian channels and mobdro or UKTVNow for English channels.
It also includes a capture card in which you can record TV shows to USB.
