Utopiayile Rajavu is a watchable movie with adequate amount of humour & satire needed for a political satire.But the movie could have been much much better if it had a strong plot.Mammukka was excellent as C.P Swathantran,subtle yet energetic performance,some scenes were just awesome,true legend .Marimayam fame Sreekumar was also excellent.Heroine did her part well.

First half was just avg,many unwanted scenes were there providing lag and some comedies did not work out.It was Mammukka's performance along with Sreekumar which kept the momentum going.2nd half started nicely and had a good flow until climax.Climax was finished in a hurry,yet okay.Overalla abv avg - good second half.

Technically,the film had nice visuals,editing could have been much more crisper.Music and bgm were superb.Dirrction,Story and screenplay were just average.

Overall,Utopiayile Rajavu is a clean & watchable political satire
