Finally I get a movie that is worth watching for this Onam. Kunjiramayanam is fun, fun and more fun to say the least. Just when you thought all onam movies are turning into disasters, here comes the saving grace. Debutant Basil Joseph has done a neat job in his first outing and succeeds in keeping the audience engaged till the very last moment.

Vineeth, Dhyan, and Aju steal the show with their splendid performances, but ''Manoharan" takes away all the credit with his 'katta heroism'.There is never a dull moment in the movie.Almost all comic elements have worked out pretty well, resulting in an entertaining final output. Even though there is not much story to speak about, the plot is presented well, which is what matters the most these days. Some scenes are genuinely creative and have to be appreciated, especially the bottle breaking scene of Neeraj Madhav. Sudheer karamana generates the loudest laughs in the cinema hall with a single scene.

Srindha, Arya and the female leads didn't have much to do.Music by Justin is new and refreshing, with 'Pavada' and 'Salsa' being my picks.The veterans Mamukoya and Indrans add to the fun.Seema G Nair's performance also needs a special mention.

Thus, Kunjiramayanam is a perfect onam gift for the audience, go and enjoy with your family, friends and laugh your hearts out.
