Kohinoor is yet another heist movie, which has some fun elements and entertains you to a certain extent.But such plots are becoming a norm these days I guess.The beginning takes you to the good old days and succeeds to bring in a nostalgic feel.But then the movie starts to lag a bit, some comic elements in the middle provide a relief.As the interval approaches, the movie starts to pick up some pace.

The second half is more engaging than the first half, where the characters start executing their plans. The twists and turns do come as it has to in these kind of movies, finally leading to a climax where all ends well.

Asif looks refreshing in his moustache look and does justice to the role even though the role doesn't offer him too much to perform.Vinay Fort, Chemban and Aju are as usual, but not enough fun even with these people on board is a drawback. Indrajith portrays his character with his usual swag and looks cool on most occasions.

There's not much to be said about the female lead's performance although she looks pretty.Music by Rahul raj is the highlight of the movie with the song 'Hemanthamen' being a gem, it has got some magic that I am addicted to it.Vinay Govind has certainly improved a lot when compared to 'Kili Poyi'.But the screenplay lets you down with some dull moments in between.

Strictly a one time watch, and I don't expect it to create any wonders in the box office.
