Junior NTR's 26th movie 'Janatha Garage' launched: 'Srimanthudu' makers hope to score another hit

Junior NTR's 26 movie, which has been tentatively titled "Janatha Garage", was launched at a grand opening ceremony held at Mythri Movie Makers in Hyderabad on Monday. Junior NTR, who will be playing the lead role in "Janatha Garage", kick-started the shooting by clapping the board, while his son Abhay Ram was made to switch-on the camera. The launch of the movie was attended by Kalyan Ram, BVSN Prasad, Potluri V Prasad, Shyam Prasad Reddy, Achanta Ram, Achanta Gopi, DVV Danayya, VV Vinayak, Errabilli Dayanara Rao Revanth Reddy and others

After the huge success of "Srimanthudu", director Koratala Siva has once again teamed up with producers Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar and CV Mohan for "Janatha Garage". In a statement released to the media, both the producer and the director hoped that it will be another blockbuster after "Srimanthudu", which happens to be the maiden venture of Mythri Movie Makers.Koratala Siva, who has hits like "Mirchi" and "Srimanthudu", is very confident about scoring a hat-trick of success with "Janatha Garage". "I have known NTR since "Brindavanam" days and he is a wonderful person. This is a very stylish and emotional action entertainer that will give NTR the kind of subject he deserves," read his statement. "He is a brilliant actor who can handle a range of emotions and this script will do justice to his talent. We are in the process of finalising the rest of the cast and crew. Regular shooting will begin in January and we are aiming for an August 12th release", Koratala Siva added.Producers Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar and CV Mohan are all thrilled over scoring a blockbuster with their maiden venture - "Srimanthudu". The success of the film has boosted their faith in Siva's direction. So they have come forward to join hands with him again. They say that "Janatha Garage" will be a landmark film in the career of Junior NTR."We are delighted to produce this film with a brilliant actor like NTR and our director Koratala Siva has come up with a superb script. This is our second project with him after Srimanthudu and this shows how happy we are with his work. This film will be a milestone in NTR's career and we are aiming for a release on August 12th 2016," read the producers' statement.Besides direction, Koratala Siva has also written the story and screenplay for "Janatha Garage", which will be produced under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers. The movie will have Madhie's cinematography, AS Prakash's art direction and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao's editing. The makers are likely to reveal the details of other cast and crew shortly.

Superstar Mohanlal to be part of Junior NTR-Koratala Siva film 'Janatha Garage'?



After National Film Award winner Chandra Shekar Yeleti announced his upcoming multilingual film with Mohanlal and Gautami Tadimalla, rumour has it that the Malayalam superstar will be part of another Telugu project soon.

The latest reports suggest that Mohanlal will be seen in Junior NTR's upcoming film, directed by Koratala Siva and play the Telugu superstar's father role. Mohanlal previously played Tamil superstar Vijay's father in the hit film "Jilla".



Junior NTR's 26th movie, tentatively titled "Janatha Garage", directed by Koratala was launched at a grand opening ceremony at Mythri Movie Makers in Hyderabad on Monday. However, it is not confirmed whether the latest rumours hint at Mohanlal's presence in this film or some other project.

Meanwhile, rumour also has it that Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra will be paired with Jr NTR in this film.

Apart from these two projects, the reports state that SS Rajamouli will direct Mohanlal, Jr NTR in his next magnum opus -- a Rs 1,000 crore project -- which has tentatively been titled "Garuda".

Meanwhile, the shooting of Yeleti's film is expected to begin by the third week of November and it will be Mohanlal's second Telugu outing after Balakrishna's "Gaandivam", in which he appeared in "Goruvanka" song in 1994.

As only Yeleti has confirmed about his film with Mohanlal, other reports about the actor's upcoming Telugu projects remain as mere rumours until an official confirmation is given by the actor or the directors.

Currently the latest news in the Tollywood is that Malayalam star Mohanlal to act a special role in Jr. NTR’s new movie directed by Siva koratala.
