Default Action hero Biju: An experiment that should be lauded

Action hero biju will certainly disappoint the viewers as this is not an out and out entertainer. It does entertain you but the everyday movie lover will be put off by the lack of a proper story. This film is more like a collection of vignettes of the life of SI Biju Poulose. However, that is not to say this is a terrible. Far from it, actually. There are hilarious moments without even trying too much. Outstanding performance by 'almost' every one helps in that.
After watching the film one would be left to wonder if there was the need for a heroine at all. You could edit our all her scenes and still could and end up with a film that is liked as much as the original, if not more.
Abrid Shine did a commendable job in choosing such a story and has executed it well. The script needed a lot of improvements though. The stunt scenes were brilliantly choreagraphed.
Songs were average and the background music by Rajesh Murugesan leaves a lot to be desired. The real hero is Suraj and heroine, Devi Ajith and you will understand why I said that after watching the movie.
Nivin Pauly's dialogue delivery is average at best and with this performance it becomes obvious that he is not in the same league as Dulqur or Prithviraj. Is the movie worth watching? Definitely. The making is excellent albeit the second half is not as good as the first half.
This is in many ways an experimental film and such experiments need to be encouraged.

Procrastinate? No, will do that later.

Prithviraj is in a league above Dq. But after watching Charlie... which I liked... I felt Dq had issues as well. In fact I felt like they artificially worked w Dq's voice to improve in the film.

Of course I have yet to see AHB.
