In an interview with a media house , Maniyan Pilla Raju revealed that he will producing a film which will be helmed by ace director Priyadrashan and will star Prithviraj in the lead. When quizzed on the female lead the actor turned producer claimed that to be surprise - suspense

On the work , Prithviraj and Maniyan Pilla Raju previously collaborated of director Marthandan's film titled " Paavada " the film was also produced by Maniyanpillai Raju and the film turned out to be a hit.

On the other side, Priyadarshan and Maniyan pillai Raju who are both form the same home turf share a good friendship and they were last spotted working together in Priyadarshan's 2011 mohanlal starrer " Arabeem Ottakkavum P Madhavan Nayaraum.
