Russell Crowe and Ryan Gosling nailed it in their roles of a serious guy and a funny detective respectively. This is a pair that you can definitely call "kick - ass". Everyone else were good in their respective roles.

Direction :

Shane Black!! This man just took the movie to a new level with his witty and engaging narration style. Loved how he made this out of a normal not so interesting clichéd story.

Cinematography :Loved some of the Track in/out shots. Overall, good cinematography!

Editing : Neatly done but the movie has got some abrupt cuttings thanks to our c**sor board.

Music : Loved the music! There was a certain style and suave that grabbed my attention.

Overall, the movie is just kick you in the crotch spit on your neck fantastic!
