Review:- Pazhaya Shaji Kailas/IV Sasi films and Anwar Rasheed films like Rajamanikyam . Randu genre moviesinte oru beautiful mix . Mammotty playing a strict police officer at the same time with lighter moments. The main highlight is that Mammotty's character is not a saint. Athyavashyam flirting okke ulla oru police officer. Nithin has been successful in portraying the character of Mammotty in a different manner. Sampath and Varalakshmi are the other highlights. Sampath oru nalla personality ulla villian aanu. Varalakshmi has surprised with her performance which a typical heroine would not dare to do. Over acting scope ulla role aayirunnu. Pakshe aval aa role bhangi aayi handle cheythu. Her overweight figure did good for her role.In short it is not just an Ikka movie but belongs to three of them-Ikka, Sampath and Varalakshmi.Youngsters like Maqbool and Shaheen have given decent performances.The movie is successful as a mass masala entertainer.

+ves:- Fast and lively film to go in a festive mood with a gang of your friends, Mammotty, Varalakshmi and Sampath

-ives:- No solid storyline, nothing great technically, songs and BGM
