Oppam is a nicely crafted thriller,with enough thrills & drama,Oppam is definitely a good watch.Lalettan - We can see him performing fabulously once again ,Some scenes were exceptional ,Station fight - sheer goosebumps ,Theater was filled with claps & whistles ,Lalettan single handedly carried the whole film - each nuance of him ,getting to the skin of the character is just a cakewalk for this Legend .Supporting cast were good,Vimala Raman was the only miscast - the scenes involving her before the party song was the only negative i felt.

1st half is good,starts on a thrilling mood,narration is kept simple & straight with some thrills at times.First 40 minutes were too good,then there were lags,scenes before the party song were bore.But again,the movie comes back to track & from there on,its superb with a smart interval punch.2nd half is superb,a treat for Lalettan fans - Station fight,some smart moves & a decent climax followed by a good post climax scene makes this superb .

Technically,Oppam is high on quality.Dop is amazing and syncs perfectly with the narrative.Editing is good,2-3 scenes could have been avoided.Music is good ,Chinamma & Minna Minningu song - Both the songs had superb response .Priyan sir ,Smart making ,Priyan sir did a superb job,even though there are some of his traditional clichés in the former half,he made a superb 2nd half,nicely conceived .

Overall,Oppam is a Superb Thriller !
