Payam is the name of a village and panchayath.Actually KSFDC project is coming in a place called Kallumutty near to Iritty Police station& Iritty Bridge,however this place is not in Iritty municipality,also this KSFDC project is coming in a small shopping mall owned by Payam Panchayath work of which already started .KSFDC is going to start two screens there.
I got a pic taken before 3 months now work is progressing fast it seems.

There is another 2 screen multiplex work is progressing fast in Ulikkal (7Km from Iritty).Still Iritty New India and Kalpana Owners are in sleeping mood without any renovation plan.
