IMAX Aspect ratio is the problem. IMAX don't fit into every hall. Since the civil works are already over for Forum Mall, the hall must be IMAX compatable. If the hall has enough height, then it will be IMAX. If not, it will be P[XL]. IMAX is also looking at LuLu mall for a screen. So if any of the halls satisfy IMAX specificatins, IMAX will come there.

They wanted maximum possible IMAX screens to be ready in India before Avatar releases..... That was their complete focus... As of now Kochi does not have any new Multiplexes getting ready to match Avatar release time. That rush to get screen ready will not be there at least for some time after Avatar releases....

F&B Sales maathram alla... They look at everything from a Business angle only. 4k Atmos aavasyamulla padangal aa screen-il idum. Most of our movies does not need those which can be played in regular screens. So there is no real business need to have multiple 4k Atmos screens and all....
