    The Beekeeper (2024)

Fun, slick, and utterly nonsensical, The Beekeeper heralds Jason Statham's return with flair. While reminiscent of past action films, particularly John Wick, the intriguing Beekeeper lore and world-building add depth. Judging by its commercial success, this could mark the beginning of an exciting new franchise.

    Badland Hunters (Korean, 2024)

While the plot follows a generic and predictable trajectory, Ma Dong-seok's relentless pummeling of adversaries, coupled with some genuinely cool action set-pieces, elevates this post-apocalyptic action thriller to a level where it's worth a watch.

    Argylle (2024)

Bryce Dallas Howard, Sam Rockwell, Bryan Cranston, Catherine O'Hara, Henry Cavill, Sofia Boutella, John Cena, and Samuel L. Jackson—just take a moment to appreciate this incredible ensemble cast. However, despite its stellar lineup, the film fails to live up to its potential. What could have been a thrilling action comedy ultimately becomes a disappointing drag, particularly after some intriguing plot twists.

    Silent Night (2023)

Ghajini like revenge thriller. Father takes revenge on those who killed his son. Instead of memory loss, father has lost his voice. Movie is therefore dialogueless.

Does have some adrenaline pumping moments. Climax is weak.

    The Iron Claw (2023)

Towards the film's end, a powerful sequence unfolds, leaving a profound emotional impact that resonates deeply. Despite the heartbreaking nature of the story, the conclusion delivers a heartwarming resolution that offers solace and warmth to the audience. Anchored by the remarkable performance of Zac Efron in the lead role, The Iron Claw presents a compelling portrayal of the legendary Von Erich family. It intertwines moments of devastation and inspiration, capturing the essence of one of the most iconic wrestling dynasties in history.

    Dune: Part Two (2024)

As engrossing as its predecessor, the sequel to Dune strikes a perfect balance between stunning visual spectacle and immersive storytelling. With higher stakes, grander scale, and double the drama, it exceeds expectations as a worthy follow-up in every aspect. At the same time, much like the original, this film suffers from overstaying its welcome, with a runtime close to three hours.

The remarkable cast and crew, led by the ever-dependable Villeneuve, have crafted a sequel that expands the world of Dune. Despite a few minor shortcomings, it leaves the audience eagerly anticipating the third installment.

    Road House (2024)

Staying true to the essence and energy of the beloved original, Road House proves to be a remake executed with finesse. Pairing the effortlessly suave Jake against the menacingly rugged McGregor was a stroke of casting brilliance, and their showdown delivers an exhilarating punch.

Silly, fun, and immensely watchable, Road House is a nostalgic throwback to classic cable blockbusters. Enjoyable while it lasts.
