Munthiri Valikal Review - A good movie made better by a well made climax

National Anthem ittu, 8-10 new gen pullaru first classil ninnu maraka dancum and noise. national anthem kazhinjathum dee vannu 2 police kaar. ellathine theatre innu pidichu purathu kondu poi.. mass aayirunnu makale.. theatre mottam claps and whistles.. pinne movie thudangi 5 minute kazhinjapol ellarum vannu mindate oru rowil erunnu..

Eni to the movie, as expected it is a good family entertainer.. The movie has shades of Anuraga Karikkin Vellam but slowly deviates from that plot and brings a freshness to it. Jibu Jacob proved that he is not a one film wonder and handles the movie pretty well.

The story revolves around Ulahannan and his wife Annie, and their family. Some sub-plots are also there of some of their neighbourhood. The first half is all about Mohanlal re-discovering his love towards his life and his wife. Second half is about how an incident happens in their family and how the family handles it.. The movie ends with a very good ending which was so well made that it gives it a happy and feel good ending.

Positives:
Mohanlal - so good to see him as the family man..
Anoop Menon excels in his comic role
Aima as mohanlal's daughter was excellent.
Some comedies were good.
meena and other actors..
Climax - the best thing about the movie.

Negatives:
Some lags, a bit of artificality in the asha sharath mohanlal episode,

Verdict: 3.5/5..
